- How?
In front of the mirror, standing up, lying down, applying moisturiser or whatever feels best for you
- Where?
In the shower, your bedroom, bathroom (anywhere you feel comfortable copping a feel!)
- When?
Check regularly once a month, but practice makes perfect so the more familiar you feel with your [boobs|pecs|chest|breasts] the more confident you will feel noticing anything unusual.
